If you would like to return your order for any reason, we are here to help!

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code:

The buyer has a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of the products without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs.

•Our policy is therefore 14 days from receipt of the package. Beyond 14 days since receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot refund you.

•To be able to make the return your item must be unused, the items must be returned with their label, the returned items must not show any signs of wear. Sale items, accessories, items on promotions, or subject to a reduction with a promotional code are only exchangeable , the size of the item can be changed or something else of the same price can be chosen. To complete the return of your item, we require proof of purchase . *Any error in the address of the relay point or other generating new shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer and will be charged €10 including tax.

•Once your return has been received by our team and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. A response will be given to you to find out if your refund is approved or refused. If approved, the refund will then be processed and you will receive your refund back to the payment method used.

•Return slip: Please specify inside the package the reason for your return as well as the order number to better find yourself using the attached return sheet to slip inside:
